I’m dedicated in helping you to reduce (chronic) pain, manage the stress in your body, as well as helping you learn to deal with the stress before it becomes an issue. With regular massage and learnng deep breathing exercises and stretches you can manage not only daily stress but have more focus, improved range of motion and improve your sleep.
Massage is an excellent way to help arthritis suffers. Arthritis attacks the joints and surrounding muscles causing pain and limits range of motion. Massage will not get rid of the arthritis but regular massage helps significantly keep the areas affected more flexibly and reduce pain.
Prenatal women can benefit from a regular massage as well. As the baby grows, Mom gets tired, achy, and sore. Massage can help reduce the pain, relax the body, and the baby also enjoys the massage. Moms can get a massage all the up to delivery but please check with your physician first.
